E-commerce launch in Denmark

Hydroscand has now launched e-commerce in Denmark, marking another step in our ongoing digital development. The new webshop makes it easier for customers to place orders online while maintaining the same local service and support from our Danish branches.
The Danish webshop has been developed with a strong focus on reliability, efficiency and customer experience. Orders placed online are fully integrated into Hydroscand’s core systems and handled by local branches, ensuring smooth order processing, picking and delivery.
The launch also supports new ways of working, both for customers and branch teams. Customers can place orders digitally, while branch staff can support customers directly in-store and act as sales agents when needed. This combination of digital tools and local expertise is a key part of our approach to customer service.
