Frida Norrbom Sams
President and CEO
Frida Norrbom Sams joined Hydroscand in 2019 and brings extensive international leadership experience from industrial and manufacturing sectors. Before joining Hydroscand, she served as Executive Vice President of the Applications business unit at NKT Cables, Executive Vice President for the EMEA division at Husqvarna Group, and Senior Vice President for the Nordics and Baltic region at Sanitec. She has broad expertise in global business transformation, value chain optimization, and digital transformation. Frida holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Uppsala University and is passionate about driving profitable growth and long-term value creation across the Hydroscand Group.
Oskar Stenström
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Oskar Stenström joined Hydroscand in 2025 and brings extensive experience in finance, controlling, and investment management from international corporations and SMEs within manufacturing and basic industries. Before joining Hydroscand, he served as Finance Director at Storskogen, Director Group Control at Boliden, and held various finance and controlling roles at Sapa (part of Hydro) and Electrolux. Oskar holds an MSc in Engineering Physics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, a Diplôme d’Ingénieur from École Centrale Paris, and has also studied business and economics at Stockholm University. He is committed to supporting the Group’s growth and performance through financial leadership and strategic insight.
Pontus Nygren
Head of Region Sweden/ Denmark
Pontus Nygren joined Hydroscand in 1995 and is managing Sweden and Denmark since 2018. Before that, Pontus managed marketing and sales operations in Sweden and Denmark.
Dag Otterstad
Head of Region Norway/Iceland
Dag Otterstad joined Hydroscand in 2021 and brings extensive leadership experience from industrial solutions and technical services. Before joining Hydroscand, he held several senior positions, including Head of EcoBuildings Division at Schneider Electric Norway, Head of Building Technologies Division at Siemens AS, and Head of Automation & Drives Division at Siemens AS. Dag holds an Executive Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School and an MSc in Cybernetics and Computer Science. He has a strong track record in leading multi-site organizations with full P&L responsibility and driving business transformation through LEAN-based continuous improvement. In his current role, he focuses on profitable growth through strong local leadership, high-performing teams, and sustainable ways of working.
Carl Roth
Head of Global Business
Carl Roth joined Hydroscand in October 2025 and brings extensive experience from the manufacturing industry, serving industrial, commercial vehicle, and automotive customers. Before joining Hydroscand, he held several senior roles, including Vice President of Sales and Program Management at Plasman Group and Vice President Commercial Business Unit Sweden, Sales Director, and Engineering Director at IAC Group. Carl holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from LuleĂĄ University of Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Innovation Engineering from Halmstad University, and an MBA from M-Gruppen. He is passionate about business development, long-term customer relationships, and continuous improvement, fostering high-performing teams that deliver better results every day.
Arnt Morten Skei
Head of HR & Sustainability
Head of Region Central, acting
Arnt Morten Skei joined Hydroscand in 2021 and has more than two decades of experience in human resources and organizational development. Prior to Hydroscand, he served as HR Director for Toma Group and as HR Operational Manager and Claims Manager at Tryg Norway, as well as consultant and advisor in organizational development. His expertise includes management training, change management, and performance management. Arnt Morten holds an MBA in Hospitality Management from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh and a Higher Diploma in Hotel Management from Switzerland. He is passionate about building strong, effective organizations by unlocking business potential and simplifying complex challenges.
Zahir Gaziza
Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
Zahir Gaziza joined Hydroscand in 2022 and has a strong background in product development and engineering within international OEM environments. His previous experience includes roles as Group and Account Manager at Knightec, Research and Development Project Manager at both Mycronic and Scania, and Team Manager for Specialist Engineering at Bombardier Transportation. Zahir holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Mälardalen University. In his current role, he focuses on Research and Development, product information, and technical support, playing a key role in advancing Hydroscand’s product innovation and technical capabilities. His key strenght is to focus on high quality deliverables.
Tomas Nyström
Head of Global Supply Chain
Tomas Nyström joined Hydroscand in 2022 and has more than 15 years of experience in operations and supply chain management across global industrial companies. Before joining Hydroscand, he was Chief Operating Officer at Ymer Technology, Senior Manager for Group Procurement at A.P. Moller – Maersk, and Senior Specialist in Supply Chain Management at Vestas. Tomas has completed an Executive Mentoring Program at the Stockholm School of Economics, a Master Program in Change Management at IHM Business School, and has studied Mechanical Engineering at the Royal Institute of Technology. He focuses on developing and leading Hydroscand’s supply chain organization toward operational excellence and sustainable value creation.
Tomas Osbjer
Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Tomas Osbjer joined Hydroscand in October 2023 and brings extensive experience in IT management, digital transformation, and business-driven technology development across a wide range of industries. Before joining Hydroscand, he served as CIO at Hedin Parts and DIAB, Group IT Manager at HL Display, and Director of IT at Inflight Service. With an engineering background and broad cross-industry experience, Tomas has a strong track record of leading technology-driven change in complex organisations. He is passionate about developing people who, in turn, develop the business, and he applies this approach to support Hydroscand’s combined service, production, and retail operations.
