Hydroscand acquires JR Hydraulik and strengthens its presence in Sweden

Hydroscand has acquired JR Hydraulik AB, a well-established hydraulics and industrial service company based in Katrineholm, Sweden. The acquisition strengthens Hydroscand’s local presence and expands the service offering available to customers in the Södermanland region.
JR Hydraulik specialises in hydraulic sales and services for industrial customers, as well as customised technical solutions. The company is known for its strong local customer relationships, technical expertise, high level of service and fast deliveries.
By bringing the two companies together, Hydroscand’s extensive product range, nationwide Swedish branch network and mobile hose service are combined with JR Hydraulik’s local market knowledge and industrial service capabilities. This creates a broader offering within hydraulics, industrial applications and pneumatics, supported by a wide range of related services.

JR Hydraulik’s current owners, Robert Andersson and Johan Berggren, will remain with the business and continue developing its customer offering as part of Hydroscand.
