In 2025, we continued to strengthen our DEI practices across the business. Women represented 19% of the total workforce and 18% of managers, showing progress in operational leadership. At the same time, we continue to focus on improving gender balance, especially in senior leadership and technical roles.Â
We are also proud of the strong culture reflected in our employee survey results for 2025. Perceived fair treatment scored 83% for age, 89% for race or ethnic origin, 88% for gender and 90% for sexual orientation, indicating a generally inclusive and respectful workplace culture.Â

From onboarding and health & safety to GDPR and business ethics, we are building knowledge that supports individual careers and company-wide progress.

- total training time reached 5,300 hoursÂ
- the total number of training modules increased to 27Â
- 8 global training modules were available, including onboarding, Code of Conduct, GDPR, sustainability, health and safety, CSRD and introduction to IA reporting

Health and safety are non-negotiable. Whether in a service center, warehouse, production facility or office, Hydroscand works actively to prevent workplace risks and protect every team member.Â

During 2025, the IA reporting tool was rolled out broadly across the organization and is now implemented in all entities. The tool supports a more structured, efficient and transparent process for identifying, reporting, managing and preventing workplace risks. It also strengthens proactive safety work through safety rounds, risk assessments and clearer follow-up.
Safety is not just about procedures – it’s about culture, responsibility, and care for one another.
