- Pipe sizes from 6 mm up to 63.5 mm
- Materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass and Zistaplex
- Metric and imperial dimensions
- Single-piece, low-volume or batch production
- Repairs, replacements or original designs
Complete forming and preparation – beyond the bend
Our pipe bending service includes:
- Precise bending with CNC-controlled machines
- 3D measurement of existing pipes and reproduction by coordinate capture
- On-site measurement available for complex systems or repairs
- CAD drawings and prototyping for new components
- Deburring (internal and external) after cutting
- Flanging and forming to multiple standards
- Pre-assembly of nuts, rings and cone ends
- Integration with hose systems for combined pipe-hose routing
Clean, traceable and production-ready
Hydroscand ensures each pipe meets high standards of quality and usability through:
- Cleaning options:
- Dry cleaning (projectile shot)
- Wet cleaning (water-based with rust inhibitor)
- Marking with Hose Tracking – a unique ID tag resistant to UV, oil and chemicals
- Enables fast reordering and identification
- Ideal for planned downtime and preventive replacement programs
High-performance capabilities and equipment
Our production setup includes:
- Pipe bending machines capable of handling long pipes (up to 4 meters)
