Whistleblowing – Hydroscand Group

At Hydroscand, we are committed to maintaining an open, safe, and transparent working environment. Everyone should feel confident to speak up if they suspect serious misconduct or behaviour that conflicts with our ethical standards. Our whistleblowing function provides a secure and confidential way to report concerns.

The purpose of the whistleblowing function is to detect and prevent serious risks or misconduct that could harm individuals, our organisation, or society.

What is whistleblowing?

Whistleblowing means reporting suspected serious misconduct — such as violations of the law, corruption, or risks to health and safety. Speaking up helps us ensure that our business continues to operate in an ethical, responsible, and transparent way.

Who can report?

The whistleblowing channel is open to anyone who has a work-related relationship with Hydroscand — including employees, consultants, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders.

When and what to report

Concerns should normally be raised through your regular contact person at Hydroscand — for example, a manager, HR representative, or business contact.
However, if you believe that your concern cannot be handled properly through normal channels, or if it involves serious misconduct such as unlawful behaviour, safety violations, or corruption, you may use the whistleblowing system.

Issues related to general dissatisfaction, personal conflicts, or employment terms should be handled through regular communication channels, such as HR or your line manager.

How to report

Reports are handled by an external, independent law firm. You can report by email or letter, and you may choose to remain anonymous.
